热毒宁注射液、利巴韦林联合用药治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效及安全性判定

Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Reduning Injection and Ribavirin in the Treatment of Pediatric HFMD

目的:分析热毒宁注射液+利巴韦林治疗小儿手足口病疗效。方法:40例用利巴韦林注射液治疗的患儿作为参照组,40例热毒宁注射液+利巴韦林联合治疗的患儿作为实验组。结果:实验组总有效率92.5%高于参照组77.5%,实验组临床症状缓解时间短于参照组。结论:热毒宁注射液+利巴韦林治疗小儿手足口病,临床疗效显著。

Objective: To analyze the efficacy of Reduning injection+ribavirin in the treatment of pediatric HFMD. Methods: 40 children treated with ribavirin injection were used as control group, 40 cases treated with Reduning injection+ribavirin were used as experimental group. Results: The total effective rate of the experimental group was 92.5%, higher than that of the control group with 77.5%, and the clinical symptom relief time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group.
