多索茶碱、布地奈德治疗小儿哮喘70例疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Doxofylline and Budesonide on 70 Children with Asthma

目的:观察对小儿哮喘行以多索茶碱、布地奈德治疗的临床效果。方法:从某院择取140例小儿哮喘患者,按照入院时间先后将其分成对照组和治疗组各70例。对照组患者行以布地奈德治疗,治疗组患者行以多索茶碱、布地奈德治疗,对照分析两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,且临床症状及体征消失时间、住院时间低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对小儿哮喘行以多索茶碱、布地奈德治疗的临床效果确切,可以促进临床症状改善,缩短住院时间,临床价值显著。

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of doxofylline and budesonide in children with asthma. Methods: 140 children with asthma were selected from a hospital. They were divided into control group and treatment group according to the time of admission. 70 patients in the control group were treated with budesonide. 70 patients in the treatment group were treated with doxofylline and budesonide. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, and the time of disappearance of clinical symptoms and signs and the length of hospitalization were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of children asthma with doxofylline and budesonide in children is accurate, which can promote the improvement of clinical symptoms and shorten the time of hospitalization. The clinical value is significant.
