苯磺酸氨氯地平片与替米沙坦合用对高血压患者的血压控制效果研究

Effect of Amlodiping Besylate Tablets Combined with Telmisartan on Blood Pressure Control in Patients with Hypertension

目的:研讨高血压患者合用苯磺酸氨氯地平片与替米沙坦治疗对血压水平的控制效果。方法:选择某院收治于2018年7月~2019年6月的45例高血压患者做研究分析,并通过电脑随机模式分为两组。A组(n=22)予以替米沙坦单药治疗,B组(n=23)在A组用药基础配合苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗,对比A、B组的临床用药成效。结果:用药后,B组在上述各项血压检测值上较A组均显著降低,P<0.05;A组与B组在研究观察期间出现的不良反应率(4.5%与8.7%)对比,P>0.05,无统计学意义。结论:对高血压患者实施替米沙坦片以及苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗,具有较单药治疗更加理想的血压调控效果,并且用药安全,较少有不良反应发生,值得推荐。

Objective: To study the effect of amlodiping besylate tablets combined with telmisartan on blood pressure control in patients with hypertension. Methods: 45 patients with hypertension treated in a hospital from July 2018 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups assigned by computer. Group A(n=22) was treated with telmisartan, group B(n=23) was treated with amlodiping besylate tablets on the basis of medication in group A. Compared the clinical efficacy of group A and group B. Results: After treatment, the blood pressure test values of group B were significantly lower than those of group A, P<0.05. The adverse reaction rates(4.5% vs. 8.7%) between group A and group B during the observation period were compared, P>0.05, showing no statistical significance. Conclusion: Amlodiping besylate tablets combined with telmisartan on blood pressure control in patients with hypertension has more ideal blood pressure regulation effect than single drug treatment, and the drug is safe, with less adverse reactions occur, which is worthy of recommendation.
