硝普钠与多巴胺共用对急性左心衰竭的治疗药效观察

Effect of Sodium Nitroprusside and Dopamine in the Treatment of Acute Left Heart Failure

目的:研讨急性左心衰竭患者使用硝普钠与多巴胺共同治疗的临床药效。方法:对某院收治于2018年1月~2019年1月的43例急性左心衰竭患者进行随机分组与研究观察。将20例接受硝普钠单药治疗者纳入A组,将23例接受硝普钠与多巴胺共同治疗者纳入B组,对两组的临床用药情况进行比较与评估。结果:B组用药总有效率明显高于A组P<0.05;治疗后,B组的每搏输出量、左室射血分数相比A组均显著提高,血浆CRP相比A组显著下降,P<0.05。结论:对急性左心衰竭患者使用硝普钠与多巴胺两药治疗,能够取得较单药理想的药效,并可有效减轻炎症反应、促进心功能恢复,值得推荐。

Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of the combination of sodium nitroprusside and dopamine in the treatment of acute left heart failure. Methods: 43 cases of acute left heart failure patients admitted to a hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly grouped and observed. 20 patients who received sodium nitroprusside monotherapy were included in group A, and 23 patients who received sodium nitroprusside monotherapy and dopamine were included in group B, and the clinical medication conditions of the two groups were compared and evaluated. Results: The total effective rate of group B was significantly higher than that of group A(P<0.05). After treatment, the stroke volume and left ventricular ejection fraction of group B were significantly higher than those of group A, and plasma CRP was significantly lower than group A, P<0.05. Conclusion: For patients with acute left heart failure, the use of sodium nitroprusside and dopamine can achieve better efficacy than single drug, and can effectively reduce the inflammatory response and promote the recovery of cardiac function, which is worthy of recommendation.
