分析甲状腺功能亢进合并糖尿病患者护理干预效果

Analysis of the Effect of Nursing Intervention in Patients with Hyperthyroidism Combined with Diabetes Mellitus

目的:护理干预在甲状腺功能亢进合并糖尿病患者中的临床应用价值探讨。方法:将某院于2016年4月~2017年4月收治的62例甲状腺功能亢进合并糖尿病患者按随机分配原则分为常规组与实验组各31例。一般护理用于常规组患者中,实验组患者采用护理干预模式,对两组患者护理前后的空腹血糖水平状况以及并发症发生情况进行分析对比。结果:两组患者护理前的空腹血糖水平状况比较差异不明显(P>0.05);护理后,实验组患者的空腹血糖水平状况显著低于常规组患者,差异有意义(P<0.05);实验组患者经过护理干预后的并发症发生率比常规组患者低(P<0.05),差异显著。结论:护理干预在甲状腺功能亢进合并糖尿病患者中的临床应用效果理想,能够有效降低患者的空腹血糖水平,改善患者的不良症状,且并发症少,值得推广。

Objective: To investigate the clinical application value of nursing intervention in patients with hyperthyroidism combined with diabetes mellitus. Methods: 62 patients with hyperthyroidism admitted in a hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were divided into two groups according to the principle of random distribution: routine group and experimental group, each group has 31 cases. General nursing was used for patients in the routine group, and the experimental group adopted the nursing intervention mode. The fasting blood glucose level and complications before and after nursing care were analyzed and compared in the two groups. Results: There was no significant difference in fasting glucose level in the two groups of patients(P<0.05). After nursing, the level of fasting blood glucose in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the routine group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the conventional group after nursing intervention(P<0.05), the difference was significant. Conclusion: The clinical application effect of nursing intervention in patients with hyperthyroidism complicated with diabetes is ideal, which can effectively reduce the fasting blood glucose level of patients, improve patients’ adverse symptoms, with fewer complications, and is worth of promoting.
