摘要
目的:探讨持续护理质量改进对门诊预检分诊准确率及满意度的影响。方法:按随机数字表法将2016年4月~2017年11月90例门诊患者分组,对照组进行常规的预检分诊护理,实验组开展持续护理质量改进下预检分诊护理,比较两组效果。结果:实验组门诊患者分诊准确率、分诊的平均时间、患者就诊等候时间、护理满意度、心理、投诉等均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:持续护理质量改进下预检分诊护理在门诊护理中的应用效果确切。
Objective: To investigate the effect of continuous nursing quality improvement on accuracy and satisfaction of preclinical pre-diagnosis triage. Methods: According to the random number table method, 90 outpatients from April 2016 to November 2017 were divided into groups. The control group received routine pre-diagnosis and triage nursing. The experimental group carried out pre-diagnosis and triage nursing under the improvement of continuous nursing quality. Compared the results. Results: The accuracy of triage, the average time for triage, the waiting time for patient visit, the degree of nursing satisfaction, psychology, and complaints in the outpatients of the experimental group were better than in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application effect of pre-diagnosis triage nursing under continuous nursing quality improvement in outpatient care is exact.
