精细化护理模式对剖宫产产妇康复及产科护理质量的影响

Effect of Meticulous Nursing Mode on Cesarean Section Maternal Rehabilitation and Quality of Obstetric Care

目的:探讨精细化护理模式对剖宫产产妇康复及产科护理质量的影响。方法:将74例行剖宫产的产妇随机分为观察组41例和对照组33例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组给予精细化护理,对比两组产妇康复情况和产科护理质量。结果:两组护理后SAS、SDS评分均有所降低(P<0.05);观察组护理后SAS、SDS评分下降程度优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生几率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组手术时间、术后排气时间以及切皮到胎儿娩出时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在剖宫产产妇康复中应用精细化护理可以减少患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的发生以及并发症的发生几率,增加手术治疗的安全性和有效性。

Objective: To explore the effect of meticulous nursing mode on cesarean section maternal rehabilitation and quality of obstetric care. Methods: 74 cases of cesarean section were randomly divided into 41 cases in the observation group and 33 cases in the control group. The control group received routine nursing, the observation group was given meticulous nursing, and the two groups of maternity rehabilitation and obstetric nursing quality were compared. Results: After nursing, SAS and SDS scores were decreased in both groups(P<0.05), and the decreased degree of SAS and SDS scores in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the operation time, the exhaust time after the operation and the delivery time of the skin cut to the fetus in the observation group were all lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of meticulous nursing in the recovery of cesarean section can reduce the incidence of anxiety and depression and the incidence of complications, and increase the safety and effectiveness of the surgical treatment.
