国际接轨背景下我国ParaCheer的制胜因素

摘要 运用文献资料、专家访谈、录像观察、数据统计等研究方法,以国际接轨背景下我国ParaCheer(残疾与特殊啦啦操)的制胜因素为研究对象,对我国与世界优秀队伍成套动作进行比较,并通过对国际啦啦操联合会(ICU)ParaCheer的竞赛规则进行分析,旨在缩小与世界优秀队伍的差距,并针对我国的发展现状提出对策:1)把握规则,明确团队制胜要素;2)创新方法,提高团队整体水平;3)加强凝聚力,提高团队融合程度;4)培养后备人才,提升项目技术水平;5)政策保障,提供各项支撑;6)接轨国际,带动国内影响力。 Using the methods of literature,expert interview,video observation,data statistics and so on,taking the winning factors of ParaCheer(Cheerleading Of the Disabled)in China as the object of study under the background of international integration,this paper makes a comparison between the complete sets of movements of excellent teams in China and the world,and makes a comparison between China and the whole set of movements of the elite teams in the world.And through the analysis of the competition rules of the International cheerleading Federation(ICU)ParaCheer),the aim is to reduce the gap between the international cheerleading federation and the world elite team rapidly,and put forward the countermeasures according to the present development situation of our country:1)grasp the rules and make clear the elements of the team winning;2)innovative methods to improve the overall level of the team;3)strengthen cohesion and improve the integration of the team 4)training reserve talents,improving the technical level of the project;5)Policy guarantee,providing all kinds of support;6)connecting with the international,driving the domestic influence.
