妇科急诊超声诊断临床意义新探讨

A new study on the clinical significance of ultrasound diagnosis in emergency department of gynecology

目的:归纳在妇科急诊患者群体中应用超声检查手段的临床诊断价值。方法:取本院2018年1—12月收治妇科急诊患者群体为分析对象,从中随机抽取100例并对妇科收治急诊患者应用超声方式检查,而后对其声像图表现进行归纳分析,总结超声诊断方式对妇科急诊患者的指导意义。结果:超声诊断检查所得图像与手术病理确诊进行比较,检出率差异并无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对妇科急诊患者应用超声手段检查并诊断对病情判断有重要引导价值,同时制定治疗方案与调整细节时通过参考超声图像内容能够更具针对性,值得临床应用。

Objective To summarize the clinical value of ultrasonic examination in gynecological emergency patients.Methods A group of patients admitted and treated in emergency department of gynecology in our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the objects of analysis.100 cases were randomly selected and ultrasonographic examination was carried out on patients admitted and treated in emergency department of gynecology.Results There was no significant difference in the detection rate(P>0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound examination and diagnosis have important guiding value to the diagnosis of gynecological emergency patients.At the same time,the reference of ultrasound image content can be more targeted when making treatment plans and adjusting details,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
