多模态MRI检查与CT动态增强对小肝癌的诊断效能对比

Comparison of multi-modal MRI and CT dynamic enhancement in the diagnosis of small hepatocellular carcinoma

目的:比较多模态MRI与CT动态增强两种检查方法对小肝癌的诊断效能。方法:选取2017年1月—2019年1月行肝脏CT及MRI检查并经病理证实的小肝癌患者45例,CT动态增强检查作为对照组,多模态磁共振成像检查作为观察组,比较两种方法检出肝内病灶数和小肝癌数,以病理为金标准对比两种检查方法对小肝癌的诊断准确率。结果:观察组的诊断准确率95%(23/24)显著高于对照组75%(18/24),(χ^2=6.81,P<0.05);对比两组发现小肝癌个数,观察组显著多与对照组(t=3.18、3.25,P<0.05)。结论:多模态磁共振成像检查对小肝癌的检出及诊断准确性较CT动态增强检查更高,更接近病理检查结果,值得临床应用。

Objective To compare the diagnostic efficacy of multimodal MRI and CT dynamic enhancement in small hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods 45 patients with small hepatocellular carcinoma who underwent liver CT and MRI examination and confirmed by pathology from January 2017 to January 2019 were enrolled.CT dynamic enhancement examination was used as a control group,and multimodal magnetic resonance imaging was used as an observation group.The number of intrahepatic lesions detected and the number of small liver cancer detected by the two methods were compared.Results The diagnostic accuracy of the observation group was 95%(23/24)significantly higher than that of the control group 75%(18/24),(χ^2=6.81,P<0.05).The number of small liver cancers was compared between the two groups.The observation group was significantly more than the control group(t=3.18,3.25,P<0.05).Conclusion The detection and diagnosis accuracy of multi-modal magnetic resonance imaging for small hepatocellular carcinoma is higher than that of CT dynamic enhancement examination,which is closer to the pathological examination results and worthy of clinical promotion.
