摘要
目的:探讨超声造影联合弹性成像评分对乳腺BI-RADS4类病灶的应用价值。方法:选取144例(157个病灶)BI-RADS 4类患者,均接受实时组织UE和CEUS检查,对病灶进行评分。结果:UE评分的准确性为82.56%,特异度为82.50%,敏感度为82.61%;CEUS评分的准确性为84.88%,特异度为85.00%,敏感度为84.78%;UE+CEUS评分的准确性为94.19%,特异度为93.75%,敏感度为94.57%;UE+CEUS评分的准确性、敏感度以及ROC曲线下面积显著高于UE评分与CEUS评分(P<0.05)。结论:联合评分法能让BI-RADS 4类病灶避免穿刺活检,并避免一些恶性病灶最佳治疗时机延误。
Objective To evaluate the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound combined with elastography score in the diagnosis of breast BI-RADS lesions.Methods 144 patients(157 lesions)with BI-RADS were examined by real-time tissue UE and CEUS,and scored the lesions.Results The accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of UE score were 82.56%,82.50%,82.61%,84.88%,85.00%and 84.78%,94.19%,93.75%and 94.57%,respectively.The accuracy,sensitivity and ROC curve of UE+CEUS score were below.The product was significantly higher than UE score and CEUS score(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined scoring method can avoid puncture biopsy for BI-RADS 4 lesions and delay the optimal treatment time for some malignant lesions.
