腹部超声联合阴道超声诊断妇科急腹症的临床应用研究

Clinical application of abdominal ultrasound combined with vaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecological acute abdomen

目的:研究腹部超声联合阴道超声诊断妇科急腹症的临床应用价值。方法:选取我院2016年1月—2018年1月健康管理中心体检客户中急腹症患者120例,回顾性分析其相关资料,所有患者均接受腹部超声、阴道超声及联合检查。以病理结果为金标准,观察分析不同检查方法及联合诊断的准确性。结果:病理结果:本组120例患者确诊子宫内膜异位症58例、卵巢囊肿蒂扭转5例、黄体破裂10例、急诊盆腔炎16例、原发痛经27例、异位妊娠4例。而经腹部超声检出99例(82.5%)、阴道超声检出104例(86.67%)、联合诊断检出115例(95.83%),其中联合诊断准确性较单一阴道超声、腹部超声均明显较高,且P<0.05差异有统计学意义。结论:腹部超声联合阴道超声诊断妇科急腹症的价值显著,即可提升诊断准确性,且可为疾病诊疗提供可靠依据,值得应用。

Objective To study the clinical value of abdominal ultrasound combined with vaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecologic acute abdomen.METHODS:A total of 120 patients with acute abdomen in the health management center of our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected.The relevant data were retrospectively analyzed.All patients underwent abdominal ultrasound,vaginal ultrasound and joint examination.The pathological results were used as the gold standard,and the accuracy of different examination methods and joint diagnosis was observed and analyzed.Results:Pathological results:In this group of 120 patients,58 cases of endometriosis,5 cases of ovarian cyst torsion,10 cases of corpus luteum rupture,16 cases of emergency pelvic inflammatory disease,27 cases of primary dysmenorrhea,and 4 cases of ectopic pregnancy.99 cases(82.5%)were detected by abdominal ultrasound,104 cases(86.67%)were detected by vaginal ultrasound,and 115 cases(95.83%)were detected by combined diagnosis.The accuracy of combined diagnosis was significantly higher than that of single vaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound.High,and P<0.05 difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The value of abdominal ultrasound combined with vaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of gynecologic acute abdomen is significant,which can improve the diagnostic accuracy and provide a reliable basis for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.It is worthy of application and promotion.
