摘要
目的:采用定量磁化率成像(QSM)方法观察多发性硬化(MS)患者病灶内中央静脉征与颅内铁沉积的相关性。方法:采集23例MS患者的QSM数据,使用Mann-Whitney检验进行病灶磁化率、病灶负荷在有、无中央静脉征病灶的差异分析,中央静脉征与病灶磁化率、病灶负荷的相关性分析采用Spearman相关分析。结果:在QSM序列中共有350个病灶可见中央静脉征,病灶大部分位于幕上。Mann-Whitney检验显示有、无中央静脉征在病灶负荷方面的差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman相关分析显示中央静脉征与病灶磁化率及病灶负荷均存在相关性(P<0.05)。结论:QSM可用于MS患者颅内铁含量的定量检测,侧脑室旁病灶出现中央静脉征者较多,伴中央静脉征的病灶内铁沉积少于其他病灶。
Objective Using the quantitative susceptibility imaging(QSM)to observe the correlation between central venous signs and intracranial iron deposition in multiple sclerosis(MS)patients.Methods The QSM data of 23 MS patients were collected,using the mann-whitney test to analyze the differences between the lesions with and without the central venous sign,and the Spearman correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the central venous sign and the lesions with and without the central venous sign.Results A total of 350 lesions in the QSM sequence showed central venous signs,most of which were supratentorial.The mann-whitney test showed statistically significant differences in lesion load with and without central venous sign(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed the correlation between central venous sign and lesion susceptibility and lesion load(P<0.05).Conclusion QSM can be used for quantitative determination of intracranial iron content in MS patients.There are more cases of central venous sign in paraventricular lesions,and less iron deposition in lesions with central venous sign than in other lesions.
