终身教育理念下民办高校继续教育研究

Research on Continuing Education of Private Colleges and Universities under the Concept of Lifelong Education

党的十九大报告提出:办好国家继续教育,加快建设学习型社会、大力提高国民素质。随着我国高等教育的发展,终生教育理念为民办高校继续教育发展提供了契机,对民办高校继续教育也提出了新要求遥文章介绍了终生教育理念,分析民办高校终生教育理念下继续教育存在的问题,针对这些问题,提出了具体的解决对策。研究结论如下:民办高校要重视继续教育,在校园构建终生学习的文化氛围,并出台相应继续教育政策,推行“1+X证书”,加强继续教育教学质量管理,在“互联网+”背景下走出民办高校特色继续教育之路。

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China stated that it is necessary to ensure the country's continuing education,speed up the construction of a learning society,and vigorously improve national quality.With the de velopment of higher education in China,the concept of lifelong education provides an opportunity for the development of continuing education in private colleges and universities,putting forward new requirements for the continuing education of private colleges and universities.The article introduces the concept of lifelong education,analyzes the problems of continuing education under the concept of lifelong education in private colleges,and puts forward specific solutions to these problems.The conclusions of the study are as fol lows:Private colleges and universities should pay attention to continuing education,build a cultural atmosphere for lifelong learning on campus,introduce corresponding education policy,introduce “certificate of 1+X”,strengthen the quality of teaching management on continuing education,and walk out the road unique continuing education in private colleges and universities under the background of “Internet+”.
