关于眉山市东坡区城市生活垃圾处理的调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on Urban Domestic Waste Treatment in Dongpo District of Meishan City

近年来,城市化进程不断加快,物产丰富多样,公民生活质量不断提高,但城市生活垃圾处理的问题也随之日益凸显。得当、高效地处理生活垃圾不但有利于城市的可持续发展,而且也利于人类的健康值提升。文章通过查阅文献、实地走访、线上线下问卷调查等多种方式方法,调查了眉山市东坡区7个乡的生活垃圾处理情况,并选取垃圾处理量最高的复兴乡和处理量最低的盘鳌乡作为具体且具有针对性的调查对象,论述了东坡区城市生活垃圾的分类、处理方式、垃圾类型等内容,概述了其问题的危害性,分析了相关的调查数据。结果显示,眉山市东坡区的生活垃圾主要是以焚烧填埋为主,公民垃圾分类意识不强,以至眉山市东坡区的垃圾负荷较大,生活垃圾量逐年增长。基于此情况,文章提出,提高公众环境保护意识、建立完善的管理制度、引进并研发先进技术、加大资金投入等方法,以其对城市生活垃圾的处理提供一定的参考依据及价值。

In recent years,the process of urbanization has been accelerating,the products are rich and diverse,and the quality of life of citizens has been continuously improved.However,the problem of urban domestic waste disposal has become increasingly prominent.Proper and efficient handling of domestic waste is not only conducive to the sustainable development of the city,but also to the improvement of human health.This paper investigates the treatment of domestic garbage in 7 townships in Dongpo District of Meishan City by means of literature review,on-the-spot investigation,online and offline questionnaires,etc.,and selects Fuxing Township with the highest waste disposal capacity and Panao with the lowest-disposal volumn as specific objects.It also discusses the classification,treatment methods and garbage types of urban domestic waste in Dongpo District,summarizes the hazards of its problems,and analyzes relevant survey data.The results show that the domestic garbage in Dongpo District of Meishan City is mainly based on incineration and landfill,and the awareness of citizen waste classification is not strong.As a result,the garbage load in Dongpo District of Meishan City is large,and the amount of domestic garbage is increasing year by year.Based on this situation,this paper proposes to improve public environmental awareness,establish a sound management system,introduce and develop advanced technology,increase capital investment and other methods to provide a certain reference and value for the treatment of urban domestic waste.
