民办高校基层党组织建设的实践路径——以四川工商学院图书馆创建教育部全国党建工作样板支部为例

The Practice Path of Construction of Grassroots Party Organizations in Private Colleges and Universities--Taking the Library of Sichuan Technology and Business University as the National Party Construction Model Branch of the Ministry of Education as an Example

文章结合四川工商学院图书馆创建教育部全国党建工作样板支部的历程,针对我国民办高校服务型基层党组织建设的状况,进行调研加以分析,阐述了我国民办高校在建设服务型基层党组织过程中存在的问题。为了充分发挥党支部的战斗堡垒作用,为了实现学校应用型转型和内涵式发展,为了提高图书馆服务质量、办好人民满意教育提供示范引领作用,提出了一些完善民办高校服务型基层党建工作的方法。

Based on the process of establishing the National Party construction model branch of the Ministry of education in the library of Sichuan Technology and Business University,this paper analyzes the situation of the construction of service-oriented grass roots party organizations in private colleges and universities in China,and expounds the existing problems.In order to fulfill the role of the party branch,realize the transformation of application-oriented and connotative development,improve the service quality of the library,and provide a demonstration leading role in running people's satisfaction education,this paper puts forward some methods to improve the service-oriented grass-roots party construction in private colleges and universities.
