MSCT在心源性肺水肿诊断应用

Application value of multi-slice spiral CT in diagnosis of cardiogenic pulmonary edema

目的:探讨心源性肺水肿肺部CT表现。方法:回顾性分析经临床证实的37例心源性肺水肿胸部CT表现。男性患者17例,女性患者20例,年龄29~92岁,平均发病年龄68.7岁,急性发病在24小时内入院检查16例,发病超过24小时入院检查21例。结果:16例急性心力衰竭组患者发生1型肺水肿12例,发生2型肺水肿6例,21例慢性心力衰竭组患者发生1型肺水肿9例,发生2型肺水肿12例。结论:心源性肺水肿具有一些特征型胸部CT影像表现,对间质型或肺泡性肺水肿可明确诊断。

Objective To investigate the pulmonary CT manifestations of cardiogenic pulmonary edema.Methods The chest CT findings of 37 patients with cardiogenic pulmonary edema were analyzed retrospectively.There were 17 male patients and 20 female patients,age 29~92,the average age of 68.7 years,16 cases of acute onset were admitted within 24 hours,and 21 cases were admitted after 24 hours.Results There were 12 cases of pulmonary edema type 1 and 6 cases of pulmonary edema type 2 in 16 patients of acute heart failure group,9 cases of pulmonary edema type 1 and 12 cases of pulmonary edema type 2 in 21 patients of chronic heart failure group.Conclusion Cardiogenic pulmonary edema has some characteristic chest CT findings,which can definitely diagnose interstitial or alveolar pulmonary edema.
