脊柱结核CT和MRI影像学特征比较研究

Comparative study of CT and MRI imaging features of spinal tuberculosis

目的:探讨在对脊柱结核患者诊疗期间CT、MRI影像学检查所发挥出的作用。方法:本次研究以我院接受治疗的46例脊柱结核患者为主,收治时间为2018年10月—2019年5月,所有患者均已经确诊,分别采用CT、MRI影像学两种检查方式,有本院专业能力较强的病情诊断医师对各项检查结果进行分析,结合患者具体临床表现,对患者病症做出评判。结果:所选患者结核部位不一,主要存在腰椎、胸腰椎、腰骶椎结核等多种病症类型。在不同的诊断方式下,所获取患者病例信息也存在一定的差别。结论:在对脊柱结核患者临床诊断过程中,将CT、MRI影像学相结合使用,能够获取患者更多的病例信息,大大提高了患者疾病诊断的效率和质量,以便患者得到及时、有效的治疗。

Objective To study the role of CT and MRI imaging in the diagnosis and treatment of spinal tuberculosis patients.Methods In this study,46 cases of spinal tuberculosis were treated in our hospital.The treatment time was from October,2018 to May,2019.All the patients had been diagnosed.The results of CT and MRI were used to analyze the results of each examination.There are many types of diseases.Results Under different diagnosis methods,there are also some differences in the patient case information obtained.Conclusion In the process of clinical diagnosis of spinal tuberculosis,the combination of CT,MRI imaging can obtain more case information,greatly improve the efficiency and quality of disease diagnosis,so that patients can get timely and effective treatment.
