X线在类风湿性关节炎的中医症候中的应用价值

Application value of X-ray in Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis

目的:探讨X线影像学在类风湿性关节炎中医症候的应用关系。方法:选取我院收治90位确诊为类风湿性关节炎的患者为研究对象,分析中医症候类型,比较不同中医症候的X线结果,推断两者的联系,提出对类风湿性关节炎的临床诊断意义。结果:90例确诊为类风湿性关节炎的患者中70%左右的患者存在骨质疏松、骨端缺损,关节间隙狭窄的病理改变,只有10%~20%患者可有软组织肿胀、关节间隙增宽,关节融合或畸形的表现。结论:X线征象为类风湿性关节炎的确诊、辨证分型提供有价值的信息。

Objective To explore thevalue of X-ray imaging intraditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods Totally 90 patients diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to our hospital for a certain period were recruited as subjects.The syndrome type of TCM was analyzed.The X-ray results of different TCM syndrome to infer the relationship between them were compared andthe clinical diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis was performed.Results About 70%of the 90 patients diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis had osteoporosis,bone defect,and pathological changes in bone gap stenosis.Only 10%~20%of patients may have soft tissue swelling,joint space widening,malformation joint.Conclusion X-ray signs provide valuable information for the diagnosis and syndrome differentiation of rheumatoid arthritis.
