提高限制运行速度对矿用卡车性能的影响

摘要 为研究矿用卡车提高限制运行速度后对卡车性能产生的影响,以神华准格尔能源有限责任公司黑岱沟露天煤矿提速卡车为研究对象,采用现场监测和试验的方法,对提速后卡车疲劳强度、舒适性进行测试研究。通过分析监测和试验数据,最高限速30 km/h提高到40 km/h后,卡车关键部位的应变和应力均在卡车材料屈服强度以内,卡车疲劳强度满足提速要求;路面和发动机激励引起卡车关键部位发生振动,振动加速度经衰减后,加速值基本维持在0.5 g以下,振动加速度值都比较小,对系统不会产生较大影响;座椅受到的振动加速度一般维持在0.3~0.5 g左右,座椅舒适性仍满足人体对振动的要求。 In order to study the influence of increasing the speed limit on the performance of mine trucks,taking the mine trucks of Heidaigou open pit coal mine as the research object,the fatigue strength and the comfort of trucks were tested by field monitoring and test methods.Through the analysis of monitoring and test data,when the maximum speed limit is increased from 30 km/h to 40 km/h,the strain and stress of the key parts of the truck are within the yield strength of the truck material,and the fatigue strength of the truck meets the speed increase requirements.The road surface and engine cause the vibration of the key parts of the truck,and the vibration acceleration is kept below 0.5 g after attenuation,which will not have a great impact on the system.The vibration acceleration of the seat is generally maintained at about 0.3~0.5 g,and the comfort of the seat still meets the vibration requirements of the human body.
