摘要
为了有针对性地解决供热系统热源、管网、终端用户三者之间存在的水力失调、能耗高、供热质量差、自动化水平低、费用高等问题,进而为"按需供热"提供有效技术保障。神东煤炭集团对换热站进行试点改造,在明确了改造设计原则的基础上,结合通讯技术、自动化控制技术,提出了试点换热站自动化改造项目,并详述了换热器的保温制作和效果对比。根据系统运行情况提出了自动化供热系统存在问题并给出相应解决措施,为换热站自动化改造推广奠定基础。实践表明,换热站自动化改造可在保证用户室内温度的前提下大幅降低运行费用,还可降低各类能耗指标,实现降本增效。
In order to solve the problems of water imbalance,high energy consumption,poor heating quality,low automation level and high cost in the heat source,pipe network and end users of the heating system,and provide technical support for "heating on demand",it is necessary to carry out pilot transformation of heat exchange station in Shenhua Shendong Coal Group.On the basis of clarifying the design principles of the transformation,combined with the communication technology and automation control technology,the pilot transformation scheme of heat exchange station was proposed.During the operation of reformed heat exchanger station,the problems of the automatic heating system were solved,which lay the foundation for the automation transformation of the heat exchange station.Practice shows that the automation transformation of the heat exchange station can greatly reduce the operating cost under the premise of ensuring the indoor temperature of the user,and can achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase.
