摘要
及时发现工作面供电系统的故障隐患,对保障煤矿安全生产有着积极的作用。在分析了煤矿工作面供电系统易产生的线路与连接器故障、移动变电站故障、用电设备故障、电源控制柜和开关柜故障等主要电气故障后,通过故障树分析法建立了有8个逻辑或门和17个底事件组成的故障树,对工作面供电系统失效故障进行系统分析,通过结构重要度判断供电系统的重点维护部分。同时,针对各类故障因素制定适宜的预防措施,通过技术和管理手段综合提高煤矿工作面供电系统的稳定性和可靠性。
Timely discovery of hidden troubles in the power supply system for working face has a positive effect in ensuring the safe production of coal mines.By analyzing the main electrical faults such as line and connector failures,mobile substation failures,power equipment failures,power control cabinets and switchgear failures in the power supply system of coal mine workface,a fault tree consisting of 8 logic sum gates and 17 bottom events was established.By Fault Tree Analysis method,the failure of the power supply system in the working face was analyzed,the key maintenance part of the power supply system was determined by structural importance,and targeted preventive measures were proposed,which can improve the stability and reliability of the power supply system for coal mine workface.
