摘要
空压机是煤矿气动设备的主要辅助设备,在使用过程中难免会出现各种各样的故障,影响正常生产。为保障空压机的正常运行,通过对空压机常见故障进行分析,将影响螺杆式空压机运转的因素分为4个大类17个基本因素,建立了一个3层故障树模型,进而对各个故障因素进行了风险性评价。根据风险性评价结果,提出了重点加强对各类控制阀、油气分离器的检查以及注意对冷却水的温度和水质进行管控等预防措施,可以为煤矿空压机故障判断和维护提供一定参考。
Air compressor is the main auxiliary equipment of coal mine pneumatic equipment.In the process of use,various failures will inevitably occur,which will affect normal production.In order to ensure the normal operation of air compressor,through the analysis of common faults of air compressor,the factors affecting the operation of screw air compressor were divided into 4 categories and 18 basic factors,a three-layer fault tree model was established,and the risk assessment of each fault factor was carried out.According to the results of risk assessment,some preventive measures such as strengthening the inspection of various control valves and oil separators,and paying attention to the control of the temperature and water quality of cooling water were put forward,which can provide some reference for the fault diagnosis and maintenance of coal mine air compressors.
