摘要
保德煤矿8~#煤层所在盘区在回采过程中遇周期来压,架前易发生大块岩石冒落现象。为避免出现机头运输系统被堵、采煤机难以正常通行等现象,以81307综放工作面为例,开展液压岩石分裂机的应用分析。首先分析了煤层及顶板裂隙较为发育、煤层起伏变化处发育强烈,老顶抗压强度低等工程背景和原因。结合液压分裂机技术参数和主要实施步骤,对工作面冒落大块实施打孔,使用液压岩石分裂机(又名岩石劈裂机)进行分裂,实现破碎大块岩石(矸石)的目的。通过现场应用,发现该液压岩石分裂机破碎大块岩石的实际效率非常高,具有可不间断连续作业、反复使用、维护简单等优点,是大块岩石分解的理想方法之一。
When periodic weighting occurs in the mining process of No.8 coal seam in Baode Coal Mine,large rock caving happens easily in front of the support.Taking No.81307 fully mechanized caving face as example,in order to avoid the phenomenon that the head transportation system is blocked and the coal mining machine is difficult to pass normally,the application of hydraulic rock splitter was analyzed.Based on the development of coal seam and roof fissures,low compressive strength of the main roof and other factors,combined with the technical parameters of hydraulic splitter,the large rock(gangue)falling in working face was broken by drilling.The field application show that the hydraulic rock splitter has a very high efficiency in crushing large rocks,and has the advantages of continuous operation,repeated use,and simple maintenance,and is one of the ideal methods for breaking large rocks.
