摘要
井下开采中,瓦斯抽采是解决瓦斯问题的主要手段之一。为合理确定抽采半径,确保抽采工作准确、安全、高效,通过对传统的瓦斯抽采半径方法的分析,提出了根据瓦斯储量计算半径的方法,并进行了试验性测定。结果表明,该方法具有较好的适应性,测定结果比较可靠。此外,在3 m间距(即抽采半径1.5 m)时,抽采时间长效率低,需要对钻孔施工设备、技术及工艺进行优化研究,以提高钻孔钻进精度,减少小间距钻孔施工中的串孔、孔间扰动等现象。
In underground mining,gas drainage is one of the main means to solve the gas problem.In order to reasonably determine the extraction radius and ensure the accuracy,safety and efficiency of the extraction work,by analyzing the traditional methods of determining the gas extraction radius,the method of determining the gas extraction radius based on the gas reserves was put forward,and the experimental measurement was carried out.The results show that the method has good adaptability and the measurement results are reliable.In addition,when borehole spacing is 3 m(extraction radius is 1.5 m),the extraction time is long and the efficiency is low,it is necessary to optimize the drilling equipment and technology,in order to improve the drilling accuracy and avoid the phenomenon of borehole connecting and inter-hole disturbance in the construction of small spacing boreholes.
