综采面回撤通道设计及末采贯通控制 被引量:10

摘要 无轨胶轮化搬家倒面的方式主要受到综采工作面末采巷道设计、贯通质量好坏、贯通时工作面矿压情况等的影响,为了及时采取有效措施从而提高综采面的回撤速度,对基于提升无轨胶轮化回撤速度的综采面末采贯通控制方法展开分析。首先介绍了回撤通道、辅巷及联巷设计并详述了回撤通道尺寸、回撤通道掘进期间支护参数、回撤通道内的垛式支架支护;其次以大柳塔煤矿活鸡兔井12207综采工作面的回采为例,对综采面贯通前的调压措施展开了论述;最后,介绍了在末采贯通期间保证工程质量的措施。通过采取增加设计回撤辅巷和联巷、保证回撤通道的支护强度、避开周期来压和保证回撤通道贯通质量等综合措施的实施,有效保证了综采工作面贯通质量,为综采工作面回撤创造了良好的条件。 The way of moving and changing workface by trackless rubber-tyred vehicle is mainly affected by the design of the final mining roadway,the quality of run-through,and the rock pressure of working face run-through.In order to take effective measures in time to improve the retracement speed of the fully mechanized mining face,the control method of end mining run-through for fully mechanized mining face was analyzed.Taking the No.12207 fully mechanized mining face in Daliuta coal mine as an example,the design of the retracement channel and auxiliary lane were introduced,and the dimensions of retracement channel,the support parameters during the retracement channel tunneling,the support mode of chock support in retracement channel were introduced,the rock pressure regulation measures before the run-through of fully mechanized mining face were discussed,and the measures to ensure the project quality during the end mining run-through period were introduced.By adopting comprehensive measures such as increasing retracement auxiliary roadway and associated roadway,ensuring support strength of retracement channel,avoiding periodic pressure and ensuring the quality of withdrawal channel,the run-through quality of fully mechanized mining face was effectively guaranteed,and good conditions were created for the retracement of fully mechanized mining face.
