摘要
为了研究退火温度对TiO 2/石墨烯复合材料物相结构、微观形貌、光催性能的影响,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO 2/石墨烯复合材料,并分别在350℃、450℃和550℃对复合材料进行退火处理。研究结果表明,随着退火温度的升高,TiO 2/石墨烯复合材料的晶粒尺寸逐渐增加,结晶性变好,出现了卷曲状的石墨烯;光催化性能先增大后降低。当退火温度为450℃时,复合材料禁带宽度为2.9 eV,具有最佳的光催化活性。
To study the effect of annealing temperature on phase structure,microstructure and photocatalytic properties of TiO 2/graphene composites,TiO 2/graphene composites were prepared by sol-gel method and annealed at 350℃,450℃and 550℃,respectively.The results show that with the increase of annealing temperature,the grain size of TiO 2/graphene composites increase gradually,the crystallinity become better,and curly graphene appears,and the photocatalytic activity increase first and then decrease.When the annealing temperature is 450℃,the band gap of composite is 2.9 eV,which has the best photocatalytic activity.
