摘要
对于传统三相斩控式交流调压器的缺点和不足,提出了3种新型三相准Z源AC/AC变换器电路拓扑。研究并分析了其中一种电路的基本结构和工作原理,运用伏秒平衡原理计算出了占空比和输出电压的关系。利用MATLAB/Simulink仿真环境对新型电路拓扑进行仿真,并采用脉冲宽度调制方法(PWM)来控制占空比来调节输出电压。最后根据仿真来搭建实验电路,得出的实验结果验证了新型三相准Z源AC/AC变换器电路的可靠性和可行性。
Three new three-phase quasi-Z source AC-AC converter topologies have been proposed to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional three-phase chopping regulator.The basic structure and working principle of one of the circuits are studied and analyzed.The relationship between duty cycle and output voltage is calculated by using the volt-second balance principle.The new circuit topology is simulated using the MATLAB/Simulink simulation environment,and the pulse width adjustment method(PWM)is used to control the duty cycle to regulate the output voltage.Finally,the reliability and feasibility of the new three-phase quasi-Z source AC-AC converter circuit,which is built based on the simulation results,is verified by the experiment.
