摘要
面对相控阵天线系统馈电网络的小型化和低成本的需求,采用单片微波集成电路(MMIC)技术,设计了一种小型化的宽带幅度均衡器。该均衡器通过使用LC串联谐振器和LC并联谐振器,兼顾均衡器性能和尺寸,实现所要求的幅度均衡器的物理布局。利用全波电磁仿真软件对均衡器三维物理结构进行了仿真,结果表明,振幅均衡器具有3 dB幅度均衡能力和0.80 mm×0.54 mm×0.10 mm的尺寸,可应用于相控阵天线的馈电网络。
In order to meet the demand of miniaturization and low cost of feed network in phased array antenna system,a miniaturized broadband amplitude equalizer is designed by using MMIC technology.By using LC series resonator and LC parallel resonator and by fabing takes into account the performance and size of the equalizer the required physical layout of the amplitude equalizer is achieved.The three-dimensional physical structure of the equalizer is simulated by full-wave electromagnetic simulation software.The results show that the amplitude equalizer has the capacity of 3 dB amplitude equalization and the size of 0.80 mm×0.54 mm×0.10 mm.It can be applied to the feed network of phased array antenna.
