摘要 针对人工测量继电器簧片压力精度差、可靠性低、劳动强度大的问题,开发一种基于LabVIEW的簧片压力自动采集系统。在该系统中,设计一种基于串口通信与消息队列机制相结合的压力采集模块;此外,基于LabVIEW SQL Toolkit数据库访问工具包设计一种Access数据库通用访问模块;最后,通过LabVIEW构建界面友好的上位机监测软件。现场独立10测试产品的最大相对误差为1.79%,测量精度与可靠性高、软件操作简单,验证了系统的有效性。 In order to solve the problems of poor accuracy,low reliability and high labor intensity in manual measurement of relay reed pressure,an automatic reed pressure acquisition system based on LabVIEW is developed.In this system,a pressure acquisition module based on the combination of serial communication and message queue mechanism is designed.In addition,a universal access module for Access database is designed based on LabVIEW SQL Toolkit database access kit.Finally,an interface friendly PC monitoring software is constructed by LabVIEW.The maximum relative error of the field independent 10 test products is 1.79%.The measurement accuracy and reliability are high,and the software operation is simple.The effectiveness of the system is verified.
