摘要
为了准确快捷地测试高频器件的特性,基于PIC18F452单片机设计了一款嵌入式阻抗分析仪。该分析仪利用AD9851芯片作为信号发生器,利用AD8302芯片作为幅度及相位检测器。PIC18F452单片机完成信号采集、控制及显示等。进一步,为了测试器件阻抗,绕制了高频定向耦合器。利用该分析仪测试了晶体滤波器输入阻抗,测试了高频功率放大器输入匹配单元,测试了短波天线阻抗。测试结果直观可靠,可广泛应用到广播电视系统中。
In order to measure the characteristics of high frequency components,an embedded impedance analyzer is designed based on PIC18F452 micro-processor,where AD9851 is utilized as a signal generator,AD8302 is adopted as a magnitude and phase detector,and PIC18F452 is used to do signal acquisition and processing.Furthermore,a directional coupler is designed to measure the input impendence.Crystal filter power amplifier and short-wave antenna are fabricated and measured.The results are intuitive,and this analyzer can be used widely in broadcasting systems.
