血清甲状旁腺激素水平对血液透析患者动静脉内瘘血管损伤的影响 被引量:2

摘要 随着近年来医学透析技术的不断进步,虽然总体上维持性血液透析(maintenance hemodialysis,MHD)患者的死亡率明显降低,但由于部分患者伴有心血管疾病而使得入院率增高,据文献报道,高达50%的透析患者死于心血管疾病[1,2]。在慢性肾脏病患者中,动脉血管壁改变与甲状旁腺激素(parathyroid hormone,PTH)含量、钙磷代谢情况可能存在一定关系[3]。因此,本次研究采用回顾性研究,通过收集本院65例行动静脉内瘘手术治疗MHD患者的临床资料,探讨血清PTH水平对MHD患者动静脉内瘘血管损伤的影响。
