This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the development and problems of Green Building evaluation work in China,sorts out both the domestic and international Green Building evaluation agencies and personnel management experience,and puts forward relevant suggestions for strengthening Green Building evaluation management in light of China's actual situation,which could provide reference for national and local management policies,so as to effectively guarantee the quality of Green Building evaluation.
