摘要
《绿色建筑评价标准》GB/T50378-2019版更加关注用户体验。在新旧版标准对比的基础上,对“生活便利”章“出行与无障碍”“服务设施”两节与“资源节约”章“节地与土地利用”节进行了说明。
The 2019 revised version of Assessment Standard for Green Building has paid more attention to user’s experience.Based on the comparison of the new revised version and the old version of this standard,this paper introduced“Transit and Accessibility”section&“Service Facility”section of“Occupant Convenience”chapter and“Land Saving and Land Utilization”section of“Resource Saving”chapter.
