摘要
《绿色建筑评价标准》GB/T 50378-2019版更加关注用户体验,并注重新领域新技术的融合。通过新旧版标准对比的方式,对融合了智慧化、信息化等新技术的“智慧运行”“物业管理”相关条文进行了介绍。
The Assessment Standard for Green Building(GB/T 50378-2019)has paid more attention to user experience and new technology integration.Based on the comparison of the new revised version and the old version of this standard,this paper introduced the relevant clauses of“Intelligent Operation”section and“Property Management”section which have integrated the new technologies such as intelligence and informationization.
