《绿色建筑评价标准》GB/T50378-2019水专业评价指标介绍

Introduction of Evaluation Indexes of Water Specialty in Assessment Standard for Green Building( 2019 Edition)

相较于上一版标准,《绿色建筑评价标准》GB/T50378-2019重新构建了评价技术指标体系。其中水专业相关评价指标,在整合优化上一版标准的环境保护与资源节约两类指标的基础上,又新增加了健康舒适与生活便利两类指标,进一步拓展了绿色建筑的内涵。从指标技术框架、设置思路及评价方法等方面对《绿色建筑评价标准》GB/T50378-2019中的健康舒适、生活便利、资源节约、环境宜居四类指标中的水专业评价指标进行了介绍和分析,旨在帮助绿色建筑的建设、管理、使用、评价等各方加深对《绿色建筑评价标准》GB/T50378-2019的理解。

Compared with the previous version,the Assessment Standard for Green Building(2019 edition)reconstructs the evaluation technical index system.On the basis of integrating and optimizing the indexes of environmental protection and resource conservation in the previous version of the Standard,the indexes of healthy water use and operation management are added,which further expand the meaning of Green Building.This paper mainly introduces and analyzes the evaluation indexes of water specialty in four fields,namely health and comfort,life convenience,resource conservation and environmental livability in the new Standard from the aspects of index technical framework,index setting ideas and evaluation method,aiming to enhance understanding of the Assessment Standard for Green Building(2019 edition)for builders,managers,users and evaluators in Green Building industry.
