中医外治法联合应用治疗坐骨神经痛研究进展

Research Progress On The Treatment Of Sciatica With External Therapy Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

中医学认为坐骨神经痛属于“腰腿痛”“坐臀风”“腿骨风”范畴,根据经络辨证分型:足太阳经型、足少阳经型。中医外治法包括针灸、推拿、拔罐、中药外敷等方法,且常联合应用加强疗效。笔者以“中医外治”“坐骨神经痛”为关键词,在中国知网收集近10年来以两种及以上的中医外治法联合应用治疗坐骨神经痛的相关文献,总结中医外治法联合应用治疗坐骨神经痛的临床研究现状。

According to TCM,sciatica belongs to the categories of“waist and leg pain”,“hip wind”and“leg bone wind”,and can be divided into two types according to the syndrome differentiation of meridians:foot solar meridians and foot shaoyang meridians.External treatment of TCM includes acupuncture and moxibustion,massage,cupping,external application of traditional Chinese medicine,etc.The author takes“external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine”“sciatica”as the key word,collected in CNKI relevant literatures on the treatment of sciatica with two or more external therapies of traditional Chinese medicine in recent 10 years,and summarized the clinical research status of the treatment of sciatica with external therapies of traditional Chinese medicine.
