Qian Renyi’s experience in treating myasthenia gravis

重症肌无力是一种获得性自身免疫性疾病,是目前公认的难治性疾病之一,目前尚无根治的方法。钱仁义教授从脾肾虚损论治重症肌无力,认为该病关键病机为脾肾虚损,提出以益气补肾、扶阳升清为主要治疗准则。文章从病因病机、治法方药方面对钱老师治疗重症肌无力的经验进行总结,以期为临床提供借鉴。
