西药联合四妙痛风散治疗痛风性关节炎急性期44例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 44 Cases of Acute Gouty Treated by Western Medicine Combined with Simiao Gout Powder

目的:观察西药联合四妙痛风散治疗痛风急性期的临床效果。方法:选取痛风急性期的门诊与住院患者88例,随机分为对照组(44例)与治疗组(44例),对照组采用西药治疗,治疗组在西药治疗的基础上联合四妙痛风散治疗,两组治疗以1周为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。观察两组关节疼痛、肿胀及活动受限等临床症状改善程度,血尿酸(UA)和血沉(ESR)的变化及药物不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组总有效率93.1%,对照组总有效率88.6%,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组VAS评分及关节肿胀、活动受限评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后的VAS评分、关节肿胀、活动受限评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血UA及ESR均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:西药联合四妙痛风散治疗痛风性关节炎急性期,能有效改善患者疼痛和关节肿胀、受限症状,效果优于单纯使用西药治疗。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Si Miao Gout Powder in the treatment of acute gout.METHODS A total of 88 patients with acute gouty arthritis were diagnosed in outpatient and inpatient.They were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received western medicine,the treatment group was treated with SiMiao Gout Powder on the basis of western medicine treatment.A week as a therapeutic course,all patients were treated for 2 two weeks.The extent of clinical symptoms were observed,such as joint pain,swelling and mobility limitation,changes in blood uric acid(UA)and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),and adverse drug reactions.Results The total effective rate was 95.5%in the treatment group and 88.6%in the control group.The treatment effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).VAS scores,joint swelling and motion score limits were reduced in both groups(P<0.05).The treatment group,including joint swelling and activity limitation scores,were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The blood UA and ESR in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of SiMiao Gout Powder and Western medicine have better curative effect,which can relieve pain,joint swelling and improve limb limitation symptoms.
