摘要 文章简要分析了分散共建管理模式、分散整合管理模式、总分馆管理模式三种通借通还服务体系,指出图书馆实施通借通还所面临的现状和服务开展所具备的条件,通过建立统一的运行管理机制、拥有统一的数据库系统、使用统一规范的技术平台、完善书刊物流管理体系、统一分析书籍流通利用率和通借通还服务效果评估来实现。指出只有想百姓之所想、急读者之所需、更好的服务大众,图书馆才能行得更稳、走得更远。 This paper briefly analyses three kinds of lending and repayment service systems:decentralized co-construction management model,decentralized integrated management model and general branch library management model.Point out the conditions for the implementation of the library and the conditions for the implementation of the service,and the conditions include with a unified database system.Through the establishment of a unified operation management mechanism,a unified database system,the use of a unified standard technical platform,improve the book logistics management system,unified analysis of the utilization rate of books circulation and circulation service effect evaluation.Only by thinking of the common people,meeting the needs of readers,and providing better service to the public,can the library be more stable and go further.steadily.
