某型压力调节器出口气流脉动故障分析

摘要 该型压力调节器用于飞机环控系统系统引气子系统,功能是接通或强制关闭来自发动机的引气,且接通时具备自动调节压力的功能,保证进入环控系统的压力恒定。该型压力调节器在某次发动机试车时,座舱出风口有脉动气流,经排故分析是压力调节器故障。本文将从该型压力调节器的主要结构、基本工作原理和脉动故障形式等方面进行分析。 This type of pressure regulator is used in the air intake subsystem of the aircraft environmental control system. Its function is to switch on or force off the air intake from the engine, and it has the function of automatic pressure adjustment when switching on to ensure the constant pressure entering the environmental control system. During some engine test, there was pulsating air flow in the cabin outlet. This paper analyzes the main structure, basic working principle and pulsating fault form of the pressure regulator.
