师范院校本科生分子生物学教学改革与实践

摘要 分子生物学是以核酸、蛋白质作为研究对象,从分子水平研究生命本质的一门新兴学科。针对分子生物学教学内容多、难点重点多、内容抽象难以理解等特点,结合师范院校特点和本人多年从事一线分子生物学教学的经验。对分子生物学教学改革进行了初步的探索,包括修订教学大纲、运用多媒体和动画、透过经典故事激发学生兴趣、学生登台讲课等措施,对提高学生的学习能力及其对分子生物学的兴趣,起到了良好的促进作用。 Molecular biology is a new subject that studies the nature of life at the molecular level through nucleic acids and proteins. With the characteristics of molecular biology : more teaching content, more difficult points, and difficult to understand. Combined with the characteristics of normal colleges and my experiences in molecular biology teaching. The teaching reform has carried out, including the revision of the syllabus, the use of multimedia and animation, the stimulation of students ’ interest through classic stories, and the lectures of students on stage, These programs has improved students ’ learning ability and their interest in molecular biology.
