摘要
随着服务和育人双重功能的彰显,高校图书馆越来越成为大学生勤工助学的首选之地,如何管理好勤工助学岗同学,让他们尽可能在图书馆的各项工作中发挥作用,为此聊城大学图书馆创立了严把招聘关、培训关、监督关的三关制度,有效改善了以往助学岗同学出现的各种不良现象。
With the display of the dual functions of service and education, university library has become the first choice for college students to work and study. How to manage the students as well as to play a role in all kinds of work in the library as much as possible. Therefore, Liaocheng University Library has established a three-level system of strict recruitment, training and supervision, which has effectively improved all kinds of bad phenomena of students in the past.
