摘要
目的:本研究对护士职业获益感进行认知干预Meta分析,旨在为护士职业获益创造积极体验,从而降低护士离职率。方法:应用Meta分析等方法,对中英文等多个数据库进行检索,对相关的临床随机对照试验进行搜集与整理,并对文献质量进行评价,最终应用RevMan5. 3软件对所收集数据进行分析。结果:通过筛选,共纳入了5篇随机对照试验(RCT)研究,结果表明,认知干预组护士职业获益感明显优于对照组[WMD=0.51,95%CI(0.27,0.74),P<0.01]。结论:通过Meta分析结果表明,认知干预可以在护士的职业获益方面展现优势,从而达到降低护士职业倦怠感、维护护士身心健康的目的,从而大大降低离职率。
Objective : This study conducted a cognitive intervention Meta analysis of nurses ’professional benefits,aiming to create positive experiences for nurses’ professional benefits, thereby reducing the rate of nurses ’separation.Methods : Using Meta analysis and other methods, multiple databases such as Chinese and English were retrieved, related clinical randomized controlled trials were collected and collated, and the quality of the literature was evaluated. Finally,RevMan 5. 3 software was used to analyze the collected data. Results : Through screening, five randomized controlled trials(RCT) were carried out, and the results showed that the professional benefits of nurses in the cognitive intervention group were significantly better than those in the control group [WMD=0.51,95%CI(0.27,0.74),P<0.01]. Conclusion The results of Meta analysis show that cognitive intervention can show advantages in the professional benefits of nurses,thus achieving the purpose of reducing nurses ’occupational burnout and maintaining nurses’ physical and mental health,thus greatly reducing the separation rate.
