摘要
在地震采集站中,放大器作为采集板的前端部分,其性能会对整个设备的采集工作造成影响。因此我们要保证前端放大器在工作状态中的误差尽可能减小,从而保证地震波信号采集的准确性。对地震采集站的前端低噪声跨导放大器的不同类型的噪声分别采取不同的方法进行降噪,全频段的热噪声主要采用提升放大器的跨导进行降噪,低频部分的闪烁噪声(1/f噪声)主要采用斩波稳定技术进行降噪。
In the seismic acquisition station,the amplifier acts as the front end of the acquisition board,and its performance affects the collection of the entire device.Therefore,we must ensure that the error of the front-end amplifier in the working state is minimized,thus ensuring the accuracy of seismic wave signal acquisition.Different methods are used to reduce the noise of different types of noise of the front-end low-noise transconductance amplifier of the seismic acquisition station.The thermal noise of the whole frequency band is mainly used to reduce the noise of the transconductance of the boosting amplifier,and the flicker noise of the low frequency part(1/f Noise)mainly uses chopper stabilization technology for noise reduction.
