Interprovincial Differences and Spatial Spillover Effects of Health Resource Allocation Efficiency in China

目的:探究我国各省卫生资源配置效率的差异及其相互影响,为制定相关政策提供依据。方法:采用EBM-Window模型测算我国各省卫生资源配置效率,并构建空间自回归模型进行实证分析。结果:我国各省卫生资源配置效率存在显著的差异,卫生资源配置效率存在省际间的空间溢出效应。结论:政府应充分重视卫生资源配置效率的空间溢出效应,通过各种举措加强各省之间的交流与合作,实现卫生资源配置效率的共同提升。

Objective:To explore inter-provincial differences in efficiency of health resource allocation and its mutual influence,providing a basis for policy.Methods:Based on EBM-Window model to measure the efficiency of health resource allocation,and build the spatial autoregressive model for empirical analysis.Results:The efficiency of health resource allocation existed significant provincial differences,and had spatial spillover effects.Conclusion:The government should pay attention to this spatial spillover effects,strengthen exchanges and cooperation between the provinces through various initiatives,to improve the their efficiency of health resource allocation.
