摘要
本文将欧美高校图书馆馆长的选任制度与案例与我国高校图书馆馆长的选任方式作了比较,列举了现行高校图书馆馆长选任的弊端,提出了科学合理选任对策,探讨了改革高校图书馆馆长选任的设想。
This paper compares the selection and appointment system and cases of university librarian in Europe and America with the selection and appointment method of university librarian in China,lists the disadvantages of the current selection and appointment of university librarian,puts forward the scientific and reasonable selection and appointment countermeasures,and probes into the tentative ideas of reforming the selection and appointment of university librarian.
