物流基地工程档案智能管理信息化建设思路与设计——以中海油惠州物流基地工程档案智能管理系统为例

Ideas and Design of Informationization Construction of Intelligent Management of Project Files in Logistics Base——Taking cnooc huizhou logistics base project file intelligent management system as an example

物流基地工程档案是物流企业战略资产,工程档案信息化建设势在必行。本文分析了传统物流基地工程档案手工管理的问题与机遇,提出“以物流基地工程档案智能管理系统建设为切入点,以系统建设带动体系建设,以体系建设规范、提升业务水平,实现档案管理工作的规范化、科学化”的建设思路。以中海油惠州物流基地工程档案智能管理系统为例,分析了项目建设的内容与架构,并提出了建议。

Engineering archives of logistics base are strategic assets of logistics enterprises,so it is imperative to construct engineering archives informatization.This paper analyses the problems and opportunities of manual management of Engineering Archives in traditional logistics base,and puts forward the construction idea of“taking the construction of intelligent management system of Engineering Archives in logistics base as the breakthrough point,driving system construction,standardizing system construction,improving business level,and realizing standardization and scientificalization of archives management”.Road.Taking CNOOC Huizhou Logistics Base Project Archives Intelligent Management System as an example,this paper analyses the content and structure of the project construction,and puts forward some suggestions.
