Bmal1在牦牛卵巢中的免疫组化定位

摘要 采用免疫组化技术检测Bmal1(Brain and muscle arnt-like 1,Bmal1)蛋白在牦牛卵巢中的表达定位。结果显示,在牦牛卵巢中,Bmal1蛋白主要在生殖上皮以及不同大小的卵泡颗粒细胞层中表达。根据试验结果推断Bmal1基因可能参与牦牛卵泡发育功能的调节。 In order to explore the distribution characteristics of Bmal1(Brain and muscle arnt-like 1, Bmal1) protein in yak ovary, immunohistochemistry was used to detect localization of Bmal1 expression in yak ovary.The results showed that Bmal1 protein was mainly expressed in the genital epithelium and different sizes of follicular granule cell layers. According to the experimental results, it is concluded that the Bmal1 gene may be involved in the regulation of follicular developmental function in yak.
