摘要 针对瓦楞纸箱印刷特点和控制要求,以SIMOTION D445-2多轴控制单元为主控制器研究开发瓦楞纸箱印刷控制系统。采用SIEMENS系列产品,搭建基于控制器、伺服系统和人机交互界面的控制系统硬件平台,实现各印刷单元独立伺服控制、无轴传动的高精度同步控制和间隙调整。实验结果表明,该控制系统可满足瓦楞纸箱印刷设备控制要求。 In view of the characteristics and control requirements of corrugated carton printing, the SIMOTION D445-2 multi-axis control unit was used as the main controller to research and develop the corrugated carton printing control system.With SIEMENS series products, the control system hardware platform based on controller, servo system and human-machine interface was built to realize independent servo control of printing units,high precision synchronous control of shaftless transmission and gap adjustment. The experimental results show that the control system can meet the control requirements of corrugated carton printing equipment.
